Theresa May announced tax reforms to attract business to London. The EU currently controls trade in the UK, but this won't be for longer. The Euro is failing, and Britain's history has been global, Europe is too small for the UK. The UK would like to trade with the EU, Russia, Turkey, USA, and whoever else. Brexit is Britain being global. USA have pulled out of a deal with the EU outlining one with UK. Turkey have bought fighter jets yesterday to be built in the UK. Countries around the world are lining up to do deals with Britain.
Well, that's one way of looking at it. The F35 programme has a few issues, of which most are aware. Given the expectation of several thousand aircraft, with the delayed and cancelled orders, 24 Turkish aircraft (less than 1%) are like a bucket of water in a large lake. Others may start to play the 'tax reform' game, we've all seen that before. I for one am happy that the EU-US 'trade' negotiations stalled. Consumer rights were under serious threat. I don't get why you feel the need to gloat before anything has actually happened. All rather amusing really.
I do think some of these article you start are more about you than reality. Global Britain may be but this example does not prove anything.
