I didnt think of this other source I have but should have (to do with info on those charges)

I wrote a KC vet who destroyed 4 T-34s with those type charges, and I think he might have mentioned when they were first issued or used in battle. I will look for and re-read his letter tonight to see if im not nmistaken, and I will let you know if I have anything new for you.
