do you know where I can find all of the weapons used by Germans and Soviet's during WWII.

What kind of weapons are you looking for? Personal weapons, squad based weapons, AFV's, Aircraft, Artillery...ect? If you specify just a little bit more, we could probably help you narrow down your search significantly.

I'd add a couple of personal weapons to Langemann's comprehensive listing : -

German pistols
Model 35(p) Radom
( originally Polish but used in considerable numbers on the Eastern Front )

Russian pistols :
Nagant 7.62 revolver M1895
( produced until 1943 )
