The only Italian machine gun I've pulled up is the M 37 Breda heavy machine gun and there's a place online where you can actually purchase them.

I can't find a Machine Gun. The only makers of Italian MG's in WW2 were Fiat-Revelli and Breda. Perhaps individual weapons had popular nicknames.

Few MG's anywhere have names beginning with t

The list includes Tokarev (USSR), Tallinn (Finland), Taisho (Japan)and of course Thompson (USA)

I see one reference to an Italian sub-machine gun named TZ45, a 9mm SMG produced in small numbers in 1944-45. Is that the one you are looking for?

The lower photo is of an Italian Breda, Model 1930.
A 6.5mm light MG with a 20-round box, worked on a delayed blowback action.
Considered by weapons experts to be a poor design.

The top photo may be the same type of gun, but there appears to be a tripod lying on top of it which makes it difficult to be 100% sure.

hope this helps

There was an Italian arms company called 'Vickers Terni' which made Vickers automatic cannon under licence. In machine guns, there was the Scotti in addition to makes already mentioned.
