This site has a good record of aircraft shot down by U-boat gunners and U-boats sunk by aircraft as well as lots of other information that is useful to research. It has a page on U-Boats sunk by Mosquitos.

Not a lot of planes lost there... is that a complete list? there's a link to a cool story about a US Blimp v. U-Boat fight off the Florida coast.

It is the only one I found that is cross referenced like that and easy to use.
