ScreamingEagleMG42 is an unknown quantity at this point
My father was given by his father who fought in the Phillipines, an m1, an m1 carbine, and a japanese rifle which i have no idea what it is. It is about four feet long and is obviously a bolt action rifle. It also has a bayonet that is equipped through a ring over the barrell. It is in pretty beat up condition. It is marked with japanese characters along part of the site. I will try to post a picture of it. Anyway my question was if anybody could help me identify it, or show me a website to identify it? And would any German engineered rifles be in use in Japan? thanks
