It looks like the Soviet BT7 light tank, but the turret is strange, maybe it was a BT7 chassis with using a non-standard turret ?

Where is the correct designation?
One thing we do in another forum I'm part of is that the 'owner' classes his quiz as Easy or Difficult. Normally what happens is that quizzes escalate in difficulty, and some members become frustrated as things beome out of their reach. So Difficult quizzes are open to everyone, and the self-styled Experts voluntarily decline to reply on Easy quizzes. The system works very well, I think. If this thread goes ahead do you people think we could implement a scheme like this here?
