Wetchey, I really like the pics in this and your other threads, but it would be nice if we had some more background info to go on.

Ditto. I never saw this weapon in a WW2 context, though...

Re: Pribor-3B Meroka Bullpup Carbine
hmm:
"The Pribor-3B Carbine was a three barreled(Meroka) rifle and was the Soviet rival to the U.S. Project SALVO rifle programme. It was a bullpup rifle and took the 7.62x39 round as used in the AK47/AKM Assault Rifles.
The point of the Pribor-3B was the same as Project SALVO, To produce a 'Meroka' assault rifle since it will have more chance of hitting the target and a slightly higher rate of fire, It is not known yet if this weapon fired in Semi/Full automatic fire."

anymore info?

Re: Pribor-3B Meroka Bullpup Carbine
Why "Meroka"? That's the name of the current Spanish naval 20mm CIWS which has multiple barrels, but that came long after this rifle. And the mechanism is entirely different, as it is power-driven.
