Sorry TA152, I didn't mean to hurt yours or Eric's feelings. I just thought that Martin might have his own Air Force with all the aircraft pics he usually posts.

Re: Most clever / inventive weapon of the war
Well he has his own airforce and navy he plays with in the bathtub but other than that he is not rich or anything. Just a broken down BMW
Actually the night version of the FW-189 was a good find for the books. I wish that one site that gives the kills against Russian aircraft by the night unit flying in Russia also gave the type of aircraft flown when the kill was made so we could see how many Russians it shot down.

Re: Most clever / inventive weapon of the war
I found some nice pictures of a model Fw-189 night fighter at this German site.
The aircraft really has a great deal of wing sweep.

Re: Most clever / inventive weapon of the war
The British Collosus?(sorry, terrible with names) an early giant computer designed by a British postal employee to help with UK mail delivery system, used to help decode the Enigma codes each time the Germans changed them.
I might say that that may have been our greatest weapon of the war, information/intelligence. How much better might the enemy done if we didn't have it?

I posted this on another forum asking if anyone had it:
I read a review on it that says that it contains a "few" pictures of the Fw 189 Nightfighter.
