My grandfather gave me this bayonet a while back and now i just got intrested in them. I have a few pictures and details about it. First of all, this is 1 of 2 bayonets I have, I also have another one of these. As you know, this is totally real and from WWII. It is an Arisaka Bayonet. Here are some pictures.

RIP is carved in the wodden handle.
The numbers 19 73 78 (with spaces) are carved in the bottom of the handle, which is metal.
Has a 3 ring symbol at the base of the blade, which is not shown.
