Default 308mm Self Propelled Howitzer
A photo from the NARA.

Caption reads:

"Four bazooka shells pierced the armor of this German
tank which carried a 308-mm howitzer. The tank, one
track gone, was knocked out on the western front."

Date: 19 March 1945.

Location: Rodingen, Germany.

III-SC 202872, Credit NARA.

Does anyone know the German designation for this vehicle?

Official designation: 38cm RW61 auf Sturmmorser Tiger

but you say 308-mm gun?
