If Hitler would have decided agianst invading the Soviet Union before getting England out of the way, do you think he would have asked for Soviet help for invading England??? It kinda makes sense to ask for Soviet help (weather it be man power or equipment, ect.). What do you think?

For starters, they hated each other.
Russia got her[alot]war materials from the U.S.
Russia had no 'assault' craft to lend Germany.
Depending on the year of invasion,if it's still '39-40, Russia had no planes or tanks either to help out.

Actually Russia in a way helped Germany alot in fighting the war until Barbarossa begun by sending wheat, oil etc to Germany in large amounts. However Stalin´s main point was to let Britain, France and Germany fight until they were exhausted while Soviet Union became stronger and by 42-43 would have been ready to attack and conquer the continental Europe.Don´t know if this was expected to start by revolution or just plainly attacking and taking Europe. But I don´t think Stalin would send soldiers or tanks etc to fight Britain in 1939-1940.

Not attacking the USSR would have been more help than Hitler could have asked for.

I was going to propose that the Germans and Russians could have done exercises along the Black Sea to gain experience with the logistics and execution of amphibious landing. Then the truth of FramerT's comment about them hating each other sank in. Lets say that they didn't hate each other so extensively. This is what if.

Starting early in 1939 German officers and men in the strength of about a division, with all of their equipment, move to the shores of the Black Sea in Russia. There they begin training and practicing how to move across water. The Russians provide assistance by hosting the soldiers and by providing them with the output of manufacturing facilities to create their landing craft. Toward the end of the experiments they would provide scenario defenders to oppose the landing practices.

Then when the Germans have learned what they needed for their assault on England the German Division could spearhead Barbarossa from behind enemy lines. SUPRISE!

The Germans still have the original problem: No navy to speak of.

The Kreigsmarine had two very impressive capital ships like the Bismark and Tirpitz and not much else? Was this the result of political in-fighting between the services, or something left over from the Versai Treaty?

Didn´t the German Navy sink itself in 1918 instead of surrendering so that´s why they started with less ships from 1935 on?

The Hochseeflotte scuttled itself at Scapa Flow on 21st June 1919 whilst interned awaiting a decision regarding its' fate from the Versailles Conference.
