What if great Britain joined the axis in 1941 and helped to support the invasion of Russia.?
Great Britain had a small standing army and always has had that in past history but it did have a powerfullnavy if not the most powerfull in Europe it had a powerful production rate ie airplanes, tanks etc.Im wondering what impact would the axis have over the SU if Great Britain supported army group center with the whole of the BEF plus the entire airforce.?

We'll conveneiently forget that they Brits had been at war with the Axis for 2 years at this point.
Why, In Gods name, would the British join with Germany??

What if Germany joined the Allies in 1941 and helped to support the invasion of Italy and Japan?
Germany had a large standing army and always has had that in past history but it did have a weak navy if not one of the least powerfull in Europe it had a disorganised production rate ie airplanes, tanks etc.Im wondering what impact would the Allies had over Italy and Japan if Germany supported 8th Army with the whole of Heer plus the entire Luftwaffe, and in the Pacific with the Kriegsmarine?
Well, any what-if has the same right to be as any other what-if, right?

Well,
Churchill would have had lots to explain to the nation if the BEF had been caught later on in Stalingrad like the 6th Army...

Churchill was also aware that the USSR was the only country in Europe really that could help beat the nazis. Thatīs why Churchill was rather neutral about his views during the 1930īs if you compare those with what he said about communists in 1918-1919. However Stalin did not forget and was not that trusting about what Winston was talking about later on.

it would've been interesting though to see what would have happened if britian and America didn't send any aid the USSR if they would have been able to survive that first german summer offensive. But britian was never a threat to join the axis, just possibly stay neutral on the eastern front

as most people see ww2 in europe as simply a continuation of the first war,the chances of any alliance between britain and germany would have been at the very best remote.
on both occasions we have not been germanys natural enemy(france in ww1 and the soviets or bolshvism in ww2)but the end product was a united europe standing with germany against the ussr........funny thing irony.........unless your american!!!

Considering the family relations in Europe afterwards it would seem very easy that the Kings and Kaisers and Queens etc could have agreed more easily on things by negotiation and not by war. I saw a while ago a humour pic of Queen Elisabeth II visiting the monarchies in mainland Europe and everybody was a cousin/uncle/aunt to Her...!! I donīt know if these channels were used to prevent the wars or during the wars to achieve peace? After WW1 naturally there was no Kaiser in Germany but still I trust several people that were in leading positions could have been contacted through these channels?
