Hi Guys

I have been looking for a what if book I read some years ago and cannot find it in any stores. And I cannot remember the title or author, Does anyone recognise the book from the follwing description. Basically Germany Wins the War in 1942. The features of the book are

South Africa pulls out of the allied side just before El Alamein. British lose the battle and Germans press on to Jerusalem
Coup in Soviet Russia, ending with Stalin being assasinated by a young Yuri Andropov
Germans take Malta
Germans test an A bomb in Eastern Poland. Then explode another weapon 1k above New York as a warning to US to sue for peace
