Hello Gibson, do you live anywhere near a Barnes and Nobles bookstore? I ask because they have several great new books in stock on what you want.
For instance: Stalingrad, By Anthony Beevor
The Last Days of Berlin
One by James Lucas which is pretty good and I think its called: The collapse of Nazi Germany, or something like that.
There is another good book on Stalingrad, called: Stalingrad. I don't remember what the authors name is.
Another good book about tactics, is: The German Soldier in ww2.
Ospreys book on the Kursk battle, is well done.
I know of other great titles, but do not recall their names. I will try to remember to write them down for you and post them here.
PS: "Tank Killers" is a good book, but I just wished it had more individual histories with indepth writing on the actions involved. The descriptions are just a sketch, and should have been longer.
The person you will see a color photo of and who wrote the forward to the book, Prof. Dr. Bodo Spranz, just sent me his reply on his service and command of a Battalion of Sturmgeschutzes. If you would like to write to him--let me know, I have his address.
