There much like their new vanguard series, but instead of vehicles they give fortresses from history the going over. take a look at the web site:
http://www.ospreypublishing.co.uk/
3 of the first 4 titles are WW2 subjects:
- Japanese Pacific Island Defenses 1941– 45
- U-Boat Bases and Bunkers 1941– 45
- American Defenses of Corregidor and Manila Bay 1898 – 1945
the art work looks good as well.

Saw the U-boat bases and bunkers.....blttttttttttttp...... ******** no further comment. Too many al-together known photos, but I suppose if one was to purchase a cheaply done volume then this would be it.

I know I know, too bloody critical. One reason we have been insistant that we do a major part of the research and be there on production of a two volume set on the Sturmjäger for this firm. We have been contacted by at least notables of the Osprey firm to do so and we want as much control over the project as possible......
