"Blood Red Snow" by: Gunter K. Koschorrek. Published by: Landser.
This is a book written by a Gereman Artilleryman who served on 5 fronts in ww2. He served in the Artillery on the Western Front, Eastern Front, Italy and in-between. By the skin of his teeth--he escaped capture at Stalingrad.
Just finished reading this and it is well worth buying.

As good as "Soldat", Carl?! If so, I am going to buy it...

It's good--real good. I guess it can be ranked up there with SOLDAT.
I also like the little paragraph breaks that have an Adler there. Its the Army Adler--as used on the right breast pocket of their tunics.
Anyway, I read it and fully enjoyed it. Had pleant of good pictures as well.

Hi Kai, it's been out for about 2 or so months now--or at least available at Barnes and Nobles.
In fact--I think I like this one somewhat better than Through Hell For Hitler.
