Does anyone else remember the British comic Warlord? I still have my annuals and its all ww2 stories, great stuff but politically incorrect for a comic these days...

Wish they still made it...

Arrow

I used to collect Warlord comics but--I think the comic I am talking about is not the one you collected. My character looked more like a Robin Hood type character.

The american warlord was a guy with pitol and sword

Our comic had the character warlord, a british secret agent, and a selection of other stories from Union Jack Jackson, a Royal Marine fighting with his buddies in the USMC, Kampfgruppe Falken a story of a German Penal unit on the Eastern Front, Killer Kane about a Hurricane pilot, Big Willi about Willi Heinrich a panzer commander, Cassidy a fighter pilot in the Pacific, Iron Annie a story about the adventures of a JU-52 crew and their pilot Stalmann to Sniper about a British sniper in North west europe.

They were all cool stories and I guess set me on the road to ruin...

I admit--it's been many many years since I last saw a Warlord comicbook. I barely even recall what the character looks like.
