Some may well already know of this, but the reprint of Tigers in the Mud by Otto Carius has reached the shelves.
Amazon has it... $13.97!!

Unfortunately, I think it's the latter...
9" x 6" paperback.
I guess one gets what one pays for!
I know I'm still interested... I've got enough other really good photo collections on Tigers (Restayn's Eastern and Western Front, TiC, etc.), so I'm interested enough in just the text material.
Hey, at least it IS actually being reprinted- seeing as how JJF has had no copies for a while now!

I still await the JJF release of 'Drama between Budapest and Vienna' translated from the Munin-Verlag publication. Promises, promises and I am still waiting.........
It will not have much of photo's but the text and maps should be "hot", as there is really nothing on the total W-SS involvement this late stage of the war in the Ost.

Yup, me too! If money wasn't so short after the vacation, I'd have already put the order through!
I do hope for something of a review as soon as you get your hands on a copy!

Ah! You've got the paperback version?
Review? How good an "edition" is it?
I'm going to wind up getting it regardless, but I'm curious as to quality, photos, etc.
Wow... of course, mine won't be autographed by the author!!
