Please visit www.nightfighter.info, a new online resource for WWII history, for a first-hand "bird's eye" view of the CBI in 1945. My dad, Lt. James R. Smith, was radar observer aboard a P-61 that was one of the highest-scoring teams in the CBI. His memoir, now posted in its entirety, has a huge amount of historic information for WWII buffs. Thanks, and happy Veterans' Day to all!
