Default Hans Von Luck

I just read the Hans Von Luck Memoirs: Panzer Commander.
He is relating his war memoirs from Poland
to his 5 years in captivity in Soviets camps.
He was at Caen defending the beaches againt Operation Goodwood.
His first hand view of the war from the other side is remarkable.
He was not a Nazi but a man who faught for his country.
He made friend with all his opponents. He was a gallant man.
Reading this book changed my mind about the Germans and the Soviets too.
A must read book....
