I found this on one of my little journeys LOL. Thought some might be interested.
SS versus Wehrmacht (1943 - 1945).
"Abstract Transcript of a post-World War II interview with German Army Generalleutnant Theodor Groppe. This interview focuses on his many political clashes with the Nazi party and the doctrine of the SS. These conflicts eventually lead to his discharge from the Wehrmacht. Of particular consideration is how his Catholic faith lead him to oppose Nazi ideology, and made him highly unpopular with the Nazi Party. Generalleutnant Groppe had protested against Himmler's order Dated 28 Jan 1939 to conceive children out of marriage, in view of the upcoming war losses. This was the reason he was dismissed and imprisoned."
