I apologize if there is already a thread that covers books him. I used the forum search and no thread showed up that covers the topic on biography books on this man.

There is this book that I came across; American Caesar: Douglas MacArthur 1880-1964 by William Manchester. It's over 950 pages which are the type of books I like to read that are very detailed instead of the short ones that doesn't say much.

Does anyone on here recommend this book? If not, please post your recommendation on another. Thank you.
