yes - eleven Dakotas were procured for the movie and the takeoff scene is excellent ( somehow they manage to make it look like a lot more aircraft, but I guess that's showbiz ! )

I too love the 'jump' scenes - brilliantly filmed. Just for an instant it makes you feel just a little of what it must have felt like to be dropping 60 miles behind the front line....
