Default Dresden

I saw this last night on History International and enjoyed it. It is a love story between a German nurse and a British pilot shot down and wounded. It is set in Dresden at the time of the bombing and subsequent firestorm. It is sub-titled in the German scenes and it was interesting to see the German civilian population depicted during the last months of the war.

Dresden (2006) (TV)

The actress who plays the nurse (Felicitas Woll) could make me switch allegiances very easily...

Wink Re: Dresden

Well, nice Lancasters and bombing effects. Personally i donīt like war and romance being mixed but ...ok.....just do it....
