I wish they would add in that footage for a Saving Private Ryan unrated or something like that. The way they filmed that landing it was great but I just wonder how it would look with that additional footage. On another note if I'm not mistaken they made a mistake with the landing in the fact that men were hit by bullets underwater. I saw a Mythbuster episode were they shoved if a bullet is fired into the water it will generally come apart upon or shortly after impact with the water. Then again they didn't fire the type of machine guns the Germans were firing, so I could be mistaken.
