Interesting clip. I've heard that there is a large subset of Japanese entertainment that focuses on alternate versions of history where through some odd quirk (modern aircraft going back in time, the use of a modern satelite in WWII, etc), the Japanes win WWII. This film seems to be the latest in that line.

What's the name of this film?

I watched a bit more of that, the Modern Destroyer launches a Tomahawk at the USS Wasp!
After Annihilating it's air wing with missiles.
