This is Stamm Kompanie SS. Begleit Grenadier Ausbildungs und Erstaz Battalion 11.
In english it would be Baggage Company SS Escort Grenadier Training and Replacement Battalion 11.
The unit is a baggage train guard unit that has a secondary function of taking in replacements and training them in the field prior to turning them over to front line commands. When they are not handling replacements they are security for various supply parks and trains. I would suspect the actual strength hovered around a company or so most of the time. It would grow to a full battalion or more whenever a marsch battalion (march or replacement battalion) arrived.
