Ah, yes, interesting scans from old wartime magazines. I have quite a few at home and "someday" might publish a few here, but as I am away from it all it can't be done any soon. Ah well.

What I have is mostly a few issues of "The Sphere", 1942 and 1943, UK.

My brother has a larger collection, a number of the "Illustrated London News", "On Guard", and "Signal" and "Der Adler". My father received a lot of these courtesy of the appropriate embassies. I also have from this source one book on German architecture. Damn interesting, I wouldn't mind having Karinhall to live in, model railroad layout and all

It's worth checking out Imperial War Museum Online Photo Collection.

My main area of interest is British Invasion Defences and this photo of a pillbox in central London caught my eye (note Nelsons Column in the background) . A shame one of these couldn't have been preserved.
