I don't have that one but if you are interested I have one with a German who is helping a French soldier he just shot moments earlier. I will keep looking for more.

This is a photo from a German Fieldhospital (Feldlazarett) at 'Grogneau' in 'Thynes'. German Medic tending the French Pilot. Which was shot down by an attack on the bridges over the 'Maas'.

It is certainly interesting. Cheers for that. Probably shot down during the "May Days" in 1940 . Do you have the exact date?

Saw this one before, but didn't saved it and now I know more information.

I'll soon update the ones where the Germans help Belgians which they shot first.

Who take them from YouTube? I use them from books and photos which I have. Some taken from medic sites.

Anyway,
As I said helping the enemy.. This could be on any way, that's why I share this photo with you.

This officer was made POW and coöperated to show everything on the map. An officer doesn't have to point anything on the map, but he coöperated so a way of helping.

This thread reminds me of one of Don Stiver's excellent paintings. Don Stiver's did a painting that showed both German and American Medics helping each other out with wounded from both sides, during; the Battle of the Bulge. Sorry I don't have a link to his painting but, it can be found on his web site and or on David Pentland's website.

Excellent photos BTW.
