Hi all,

At the time of writing this post, there is a 'sticky' at the top of the forum for a petition for UK residents to sign to get a campaign medal for Bomber Command. This petition has now expired.

There is still no Bomber Command campaign medal. And sadly, I think most people will realise there is little hope of the Bomber Boys getting one.

With that in mind, let me bring this petition to your attention:

Please sign, if you are able to. Unfortunately it isnt open to non-UK residents, even if you live in a commonwealth country. Stupid, given the huge contribution commonwelth contries made to Bomber Command, but there it is.

Maybe somebody with the power to do so may decide to 'sticky' this memorial petition on the forum here until it ends in August 2008?
