Default mystery ribbons

Anybody know of a expert in military ribbons? Have been to the usual places w/o success. I have 10 years active duty time, and it's not on any order of precedence charts I can find. Send me an email address and I will send the picture file. Malenurse1@gmail.com or lstboy@hotmail.com.
Very Respectfully,
LT Kerry Kingsley-Smith
