Default Should I wear this shirt from WWII?

I recently found my grandfathers old shirt that says US Air Force Keep 'em flying. Is this worth anything? I was thinking about wearing it occasionally or perhaps putting it up on my wall because I love how it looks.

Heres a pic.

I am very doubtfull that this is s WW2 era shirt.

At that time silk sceen printing was very rare, and most items of clothing would have had writing that was emboidered, or stiched on, not printed on it. Look at the label, if there is one, and see what it says about the shirt maker, and/ or the origin of the item.

The photo appears to show that the ink letters are fresh and not broken , cracked or wrinkled. That in it's self is a clue that this item is NOT 65 years old.

What family information do you have to back up the notion that this item is so old ?

It would not be a WWII era shirt. The United States Air Force did not exist until 1947. During WWII, it was United States Army Air Forces for most of the war.

My grandfather served in WWII. He is dead now so I cant ask him where he got it. I just assumed it was from WWII , there aren't any tags on it.
