Nice shots Ray. Some seem mildly familiar from eBay, wonder if that's where he harvested them.
(BTW - You're thinking of the 'Heuschrecke' variants with the removable turrets mate, google will reveal.)

I would say it is a Pe-2 series bomber. The hard points and the bays match

Re: ww2 photo's taken by german soldiers and officers
I agree with PzJgr, comparing the two pictures together the angle of rest seems the same, along with that odd metal part that is easier to see in the B/W picture. I wonder if they stripped the plane or found it as is?

Re: ww2 photo's taken by german soldiers and officers
I think it might be a different variation of the same plane. Its hard to tell, as the angles of the photographer are different in the two pictures, but the wheel-carriage/supports are also different, but I would say the bomb-bay doors are in the same place, and the odd triangular things about halfway between 'engine' and fuselage are also extremely similar, to the point that you'd have to say its the same plane type.

Re: ww2 photo's taken by german soldiers and officers
The aircraft in the photo is not a Pe-2, the undercarriage is wrong.
An aircraft with the same type of undercarriage as in the photo is the Tupolev SB-2 (ANT-40).
This would be my guess on the aircraft's identity

The photo's is of SB-2's in Finnish service

Look at ray's speculation re removable turrets in post #3.
I was replying to that, as you had already ID'd the KV in relation to that picture.
Kind of jumpy aren't you?
Sorry chaps, back to the winged thing... I'd say it's definitely an aeroplane.

Re: ww2 photo's taken by german soldiers and officers
I did look at the Tupolev but it did not have the hard points as seen in the B/W photo and it did look very large. But the undercarriage and bomb bay doors look correct so I agree.
