At the outbreak of America's involvement, what country had the most mobile ground force?

My vote is Great Britain. They had true mobile infantry in the form of trucks.

i dunno even at the outbreak of war for the US i think they still were quite mobile...but the British were a more effective fighting force in the beginning.
