Which one? Each branch had its own with different criteria but I believe you either received it for passing some kind of test or by winning an international sports competition.

I just checked and im shocked--they do NOT have a section on the sports awards badges, but you can cruise through some of the forums there and should find something on them. If not--join and post questions there--these folks are very knowledgable and very helpful.

Don't tell me..
Is it called "Deutsches Sportabzeichen"??
When was it introduced?
If it is called that, then it's still awarded today!

PzGdr, Try this:
http://www.skalman.nu/third-reich/awards-political.htm
Scroll down and you will see the different badges and a brief discription of each.
Carl, I also thought the badge would be there but it was not.
Hope this helps.
