Now, we discussed already which men would have been awarded the RK with golden oak leaves and swords with diamonds if the war would have been... won, delayed, whatever...
Now, which men do you think that would have reached the rank of field marshal, in any branch of the Wehrmacht. Let's say Heer, Luftwaffe and Waffen SS. Who would be the candidates?

Hallo Carl,
On a sidenote, I just wonder. Do you have a specific reason for picking Wünsche as an avitar?
Cheers,
Timo

No particular reason for choosing the avatar, but Freidrich, Galland would eventually become a feldmarshall. After all, He nearly saved der fleigerkorps.

Perfectly agreed in Heinrici. He definately would have been a field marshall. He deserved it quite.
And no, to raise three ranks to become a field marshall would have taken a lot of time. Galland. No way.
Here are two cantidates for Reichsführer (and I think they would have been it)
Oberstgruppenführer Josep Dietrich
Oberstgruppenführer Paul Hausser
