Thanks for that, Ali - FLIGHTPATH is something which is totally unobtainable over here.

There definitely seem to be some real gems still awaiting discovery in the Southern Hemisphere...

Yeah, the condition of some of these aircraft, after 60 years in the jungles, is amazing.

Overseas subscription to FLIGHTPATH is AUD$85, about 40 New Pounds
Either 4 or 5 editions each year.
The editor is Rob Fox who also provides most of the excellent photography.

Here's something interesting - it's the discovery in August 2003 of a Focke Wulf 190D-9 ( 'Dora' ) of 2./JG26, lost on 29/4/45 from Uetersen in Germany. The remains of the pilot, Werner Schramm, were found in the wreckage. [img]graemlins/poppy.gif[/img]
