I think there are, but I can't think of any offhand.
Actually, I'm wrong. I was on holiday in the Pas de Calais area back in June, and I noticed several memorial wall plaques to people shot by the Nazis in quite a few streets in St. Omer.
Also, in the V2 site at La Coupole, just outside St. Omer, there is a huge permanent exhibition to the victims of the Holocaust, and a large part of it is devoted to the story of civilian suffering in the Pas de Calais under the Occupation.
