Lightbulb New WW2 Society

As some of you know, Ross Mahoney attempted to establish a WW2 Society last year. See:

The Second World War Historical Society

For a number of reasons Ross is no longer in a position to do this, so a number of us in the UK are now going to take this forward, with a proposed launch on 8th May 2008 in London. If you want to read more see the Society's website:

WW2 Society: World War Two Society

As you will see we are firmly UK/Commonwealth based and orientated, but welcome members from anywhere. We hope to make membership application available online from early 2008.

More news when I have it.

Nice one Paul.
I really think you might be onto something here.
Surprising that such a society has not been established before.

Good luck.
Adam.

I am glad to see Paul taking this over. As he mentioned I fell off the map for a variety of reasons but I am glad to see it did not die. I have offered Paul all the support I can and I hope everyone else will. It is a very good idea and long overdue.
