I hope they get the necessary permission - these enthusiasts have been working long and hard to establish something at Boxted.

One difficulty they have is that very little remains of the old airfiled - no tower, no hangars, no runways, almost nothing. There is little of the 'atmosphere' one gets at Thorpe Abbotts or Framlingham, for instance.....
