Default Airborne & Special Operations Museum

Visited this superb museum, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, last month. Starting with the Parachute Test Platoon, in 1940, the visitor is taken on a journey to the present day, passing through each conflict on the way.

Here're a few photos from the WWII exhibit.

Thanks! My brother was the cameraman! As with a lot of photos, they don't do full justice to the dioramas, which are the best I've seen in a long time.

If you can, you should get down to the museum.
