Cool find, Ike. However, none of those cars can stand up to a 1940 Ford. Our town has an annual vintage car show in July. I'll be looking to see if any Pobedas show up.

Why not?
The Bobeda, Volga and the Moskvitch cars were popular in Norway during the fifties and the sixties. Relatively cheap compared to American and English cars and ideal for the bad Norwegian gravel roads at that time. They could take a lot of punishment, the Volga was was nicknamed "The Tank". It won most of the car crashes it participated in..
