The Black Watch "E" Wing

This picture was taken on 9/12/1941 in front of the Jacques Cartier (spelling?) Barracks, Montreal, Quebec. No names were written on the picture and the only person I can ID is my dad-First Row third from the left (with a X underneath) Pvt. Robert E. Rogge
