Does anybody know how to get those pictures under your name, and those titles like General, Admiral, And Marshall? PLease Help!

Welcome to the forums, General. The way you are spamming the forums you are well on your way to an avatar (the picture you will be able to choose once you have 100 posts). The titles are only handed out by Otto to Moderators and the like.
