Oh well, as this is a 'Free Quiz', here's something a little different : -

At the Battle of Jutland, 1916, which Royal Navy vessel was first to spot the German High Seas Fleet, and the first to go to action stations ?

Steve is right, the scout cruiser HMS Galatea was the first to spot the German Fleet.

A multiple part question, What was the country's first arsenal, who created it, when was it started and when was it phased out?

"Watervliet Arsenal that was founded in 1813 but is still in use.."

Unfortunately you might have to give some clues as I didn´t find more in the net than arsenals that were created after this...

Sorry for the delay guys but my unit has been busy. Kai you will have to go back a little further to find the correct arsenal. A hint, it was created in 1794.

    THE ARSENAL AT SPRINGFIELD 1794-1968

The Armory site was selected by President George Washington as the most strategic place to build the arsenal.

The US army had officially camels as "vehicles" at one time. Where and when was this?
