I know Otto sent out an email to all members, I know I got one anyways.

In any case, if you haven't been here since the server change and software upgrade, then Welcome Back you Rogues!

Hey Peppy, everyone! Good thread, I have been so busy lately that I haven't had much time to get online. When I got that e-mail I said to myself, oh my god, it's been so long since I checked the forum! Anyway, here I am again, and glad to be back!

Welcome back DB, It's good to hear from you again!

I just added your avatar and corrected your posts to reflect the number you had on the old site. Let me know if you need/want anything else my friend! Welcome (back) aboard! :salute:

Yeah, Otto takes care of his memebers. This is probably one of the only Forums where the admin actually responds to members and like to make custom graphics, titles and avatars, (like mine).

Welcome back DB, I hope many other members make their way back here are well.

    Greetings to all -

After a hiatus of nearly four years, travelling about a bit, while adding bits and pieces to my collection of Germanic militaria in the mean time, I have found my way back to this forum.

I recognize a few of the old names, many newer ones of which I hope to engage in constructive banter as well, and enjoy some time here too. So, I think I shall sit back, drink my tea, and again, say to all a hearty "Hello".

    Bill

Indeed, welcome back Bill! I'm particularly pleased you returned, and the miliaria section is in need of a wakeup. ;)

I'll admit I completely forgot about this forum until I just got this email.

Time to read what I've missed.

It seems the Otto's idea for an invitation works! My best regards to all the oldtimers whom I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting before ;)
