Have you even played the game? The graphics are AMAZING! The water effect, the spray, the level of detail...you're quick to pass judgment on screenshots (which don't do the game justice).

    Rubbish. :D

Indeed it's got better graphics but what did you expect? It's newer than SH3, SH4 got off to a bad start with all the problems and if it was not pressure from Subsims members along with others. Ubi would not had done much, what I mean is this, you would most likely got only two patches to the four which we have now.

    Have you tried SH3/GWX 2.0?

Maybe in a few years we may get a super mod that will clear up all the errors and make the game more historical which I for one will be glad of. At the moment SH4 is good but there is no real challenge to the game, on the other hand GWX 2.0 has made SH3 more of a challenge. You tried staying alive for three patrols in 1944 while attacking a convoy?

At the moment I play more SH3 than SH4 and as I said looking forward to seeing a super mod that will make SH4 more historically accurate.

Why is it, whenever I see an unescorted convoy, it's always in a storm and I can't use my deck gun? grrrrr.

Oh, and I just got sunk by a Clemson. Talk about humilation, I forgot the depth charges where at the rear end so I let him sail over the top of me so i could shoot up his arse. Big Mistake.

Not suprising really....they'd wipe the floor with everyone in the world's ass if the whole world played CoD!

Now I know what to get Richard for Christmas...an S-Boot!

Tomcat - whats your name in COD? I assume you mean the UO expansion - but yes, next time Otto is around we plan on wiping the floor with a lot more people. I'm at that point in COD4 now...gotta get back into Red Orchestra too...
