    There is or was a Bondage & Dicipline nightclub in Hong Kong "The Third Reich Club" members and guests had to dress up in Nazi Uniforms and partake in all sorts of weird stuff.

    And i saw a documentary on Japanese B & D and it showed several Nazi themed nightclubs.

    My cousin lived in Tokyo for several years and he said that a few of the local train stations had High School Panty dispencing machines. You put in a coin or note and you just choise your number and hey presto you get a pair of panties with the client details of a high school girl who wore those panties, the panties are sealed inside a tube and you open it up and their you have panties with all the grubby stuff as well.

    Well, weirder still many years ago I was at a wargame convention in LA and there was a overweight black guy dressed in a full SS Sturmbannfuhrer uniform wondering around..... figure that one out. I still kick myself for not having a camera that day!

    I used to work with a Jewish anesthesiologist who collected SS memorabilia. He had a full uniform, which he could wear, although I never saw a pic of him in it, flags, daggers, ect.
