No, I DO NOT wish this to be a winner or loser bashing thread.

As you know, not only do I not lke this inexperianced person, I didnt vote for him mainly because of that and his stupid childish reply here to a question he was asked to answer-but couldn't "I cant answer that because its above my pay grade."

That aside-I WILL give him plenty of chances (unlike what the libs and democrats never gave to Bush) but oh HO-if he f****-up, im going to be all-over him like moss to the north side of a tree anytime and everytime he drops the ball on something. I have that right because for the past several years, I have had to listen to the lunacy spouted by unknowledgable liberals and morons-bash Pres Bush on everything he ever did.

This aside-obama-lama is my Countrys new leader-and he definately will have to prove to me he is as good as he claims-and I will support him until he screws up. That aside-I do not like him or his views-but he will have my respect (somewhat) and my full support-untill he stumbles-if that happens?

    Best vregards-Carl.

Ok. Since you started it, I'm chimin' in! This guy was my Senator for years, I remember him telling me that he would go to Washington and start legislation to lower my taxes, which are some of the highest in the land! What did he do............nothing. Not only did he not start legislation, he voted "present" and didn't even pick a side on most of the "hot button" issues!

So I'm with you on this one Carl, I don't like him at all. But I'll stand behind him, until he raises taxes in 3 months ( that's my prediction). Then I'm gonna be shoutin' from the mountain tops, "I TOLD YOU SO!!!"

    ok, i'm done now.

I agree with you Carl. I don't think he will do a very good job, though I hope he proves us all wrong (doubt it). So far I definitely don't like his picks for his cabinet.

He's a politician. Politicians either suck before they are elected, or are forced to suck by their job. All we can hope of any politician is that they make less mistakes than the last guy.

I guess that should be easy, but we´ll see. The situation definitely is not the easiest one to start with, must say.

his backers are giving him probs already that some of the issues he wants to in-act are not strong enough by their standards.

I want to give the guy a fighting chance, he will either prove what he says he is and made of or he will be the fool...........it's the same game all the presidents before him have played.

question is will he be the stooge for his party, will they have the clout to run the show and not him ?.......... it remains to be seen

And so he should....I reckon by the stats on here we have at least enough to form a light division. Or very heavy brigade group.

Active members obviously the first to hit the place....about a battalion of us I would guess....Otto of course being the Divisional commander would have to remain at the rear with the majority of inactive members of the division to supervise logistics ets, and as we all know its the loggies that win the battle...so well done Otto and he hasnt even had to fire a shot yet..See how easy it is to be a hero...

Which leaves us with the active members battalion...mods obvious choice for coy commanders...but as we all know, its often when the bullets start flying and plan goes out of window that new commanders are needed....

But in the meantime, A coy under Martin is to lead the charge...Martin will be flying in as part air support coy obviously....Mussolini, will be at rear pushing us all forward...I suggest a flanking move by Skippers coy, with him on right and Von Poop on the left...all co-ordination obviously now out of the window, and a general mele charge should take place...Erich will lead this charge with his reserve coy of night fighting specialists as by now it will be dark...judging by the co-ordination of members on this forum...

All it needs now, is for 2 vounteers to get over gates...Bigfun, and ZA Rodinu...your up lads....Big...you get over gates....ZA...confuse the guards with your intelligent wit....were in....Obama....now look here old chap...we dont want to be pushy but Otto wants a word about your future plans on taxing web sites....Someone get Otto....what??? Otto's Invading Poland with the inactive members.....Ill get the boats...Has anyone seen the boats...any Brits here...get the flipping boats quick....

Well, to get it back on thread - discussion of what he's going to do or not going to do, or cutting taxes - all fairly pointless really, isn't it ?

As always, it's the economy. The system is bust. And just now, politicians are like the rest of us - fairly helpless onlookers.

I hope he turns out to be a great President because if he is not then it would pave the way for the Chinese to eventually pass us as a world power. Not a nice thought but why are we taking all of their money ?

Because no-one else has got any. Many previously unthinkable things are going to become all too thinkable over the coming year.:(

Well, I just can't wait to see how he's going to solve the crisis in the US automotive industry, one of the biggest motors in the US economy..:D

And with the price of oil below $50 a barrel at the moment, he can't blame it on the Saudis or the Norwegians...:p

Right now, I'm glad I'm not living in the US of A...
Good luck to you all over there!
